Docs Bulk Exporter (works with ClickUp) ("the extension") is an independent tool, not affiliated with or endorsed by ClickUp.

What the extension handles on your device

• Your ClickUp personal API token is stored only in your browser (chrome.storage.local). It is sent only to api.clickup.com to authenticate your requests.
• Your ClickUp Docs content and images are fetched directly from ClickUp to your browser and written into a ZIP on your computer. Temporary progress is kept in your browser (IndexedDB) so an export can resume. Removing the extension clears it.
• A list of the ClickUp Workspace IDs your licence has been used with is kept in your browser's synced extension storage. It enforces the 1- or 10-workspace limit and is not sent to us.

Payments and licence checks (ExtensionPay + Stripe)

• Payments are processed by ExtensionPay (extensionpay.com) using Stripe Checkout. Your card details go to Stripe only. Neither we nor ExtensionPay store them.
• When you install the extension, ExtensionPay assigns a random, anonymous licence key. The extension sends it to extensionpay.com to check whether you have paid. It is stored in your browser's synced extension storage.
• If you buy, ExtensionPay and Stripe collect your email address and payment details. We, as the seller, receive your email, the plan purchased and the payment status in our Stripe/ExtensionPay dashboards. We use them only to provide your licence, handle refunds and meet tax and accounting obligations.
• The extension never sends your ClickUp token, Docs or Workspace IDs to ExtensionPay or to us.

Sharing — We don't sell data or use it for advertising. Processors: ExtensionPay (licensing), Stripe (payments).

Refunds — You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase at flagmylease+docsexporter@mail.grokbot.com. When we refund you, your licence is revoked.

Retention — Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete other data at flagmylease+docsexporter@mail.grokbot.com.

Chrome Web Store Limited Use — Our use of information received through the extension complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Changes — When this policy changes, we update this page and the "Last updated" date.
